Does anyone know anything about a Concertone Banjo. It's 4 string. It was my Dad's. It was beaten up pretty bad when my Aunt had it, real bad in fact. I've been told it's not worth fixing but the sentimental value may be worth more to me. I would appreciate any info anyone may have. I believe these banjos were made in the 1930's.

I myself am seeking any info on Concertone. My 92 year old grandmother, after much prodding by me, found in storage her father's 5 string Concertone. All I know about it's age is that he played nightly to the family when she was a little girl, so it's at least 80-85 years old. I'll forward to you any info I may come across re Concertone.
