Message Board - Banjos

I have recently located my great-grandfather's Concertone banjo. It is a 5 string open back with simple wooden pegs. It has tremendous sentimental value and I'd love to find out anything about the company. He played this thing roughly 85 years ago. I'm a picker myself so this is not about a $ value of the instrument, It's about family heritage. Reply »
