Can anyone tell me anything about a Kay Banjo?It seems no one knows much on Kay's Has Kay ever built a top end Banjo?The one I have is a KBJ-85 Thank's for any input on this Banjo

I just picked up a 4 string old Kay banjo-cant find much about them either-pretty sure american made-ill keep looking-it sounds good.

Hey, I am looking at buying a KBJ100. Is your KBJ85 real light or is it kinda heavy? Does it have a nickel resonator or is it just aluminum? Does it sound tinny or does it have a good deep twang?Anything you can tell me will be helpful. Thanks.RD
