I have a student looking for a good fake book. Anybody out there have any leads on a good dixieland fake book?

I have published "Dixieland Fake Book" with the needs of beginners bery much in mind. Details are on http://americanmusiccaravan.com, click on "Books", click on "Dixieland..." I have another website, http://cpcug.org/user/dwlit with various pages and documents on Dixieland music, most notably a CD playalong table to help folks find suitable records and CDs.
