1920's Stromberg-Voisinet Tenor view posts

I am in search of a replacement neck for my 1920's Stromberg-Voisinet tenor banjo. It has 19 frets and the neck is cracked and very worn out. The pot still sounds evry good. I would like to keep it a tenor but if I have to I'll convert it to a 5 string. Anyone know where all the old tenor necks are hiding, from the conversions to 5 strings?

I JUST BOUGHT A TENOR BANJO MARKED ELIDA ON THE HEADSTOCK. I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS ONE BEFORE. IT HAS INDIVIDUAL FLANGES LIKE SOME VEGAS,
IT HAS A RAISED ROUND TONERING WITH HOLES, LAMINATED NECK, BACKSTRAPPED, UNUSUAL FRICTION TUNERS AND A FANCY BIRDS-EYE MAPLE RESONATOR. sOMEONE SUGGESTED THAT IT WAS GERMAN MADE AROUND WW2..HOWEVER, IHAVE BEEN UNABLE TO FIND ANY INFO ON IT ANYWHERE.
ANY THOUGHTS?

Circa 1920's? from Northern Wisconsin. Want to find out more about it. Says "Bell Grand Patented N.M.S. Co." stamped in metal on lower front. Small amount of mother of pearl inlay on neck. Feels very heavy. Needs new strings but wood and drum in good shape. Is this worth restoring and learning to play? Would appreciate any comments.

I bought a Vega Pete Seeger banjo in 1970 as a gift for my husband. He died three years later. I would now like to sell the banjo and would like to know what price I should charge? The serial number is A129467 and it is in excellent condition. It has its original case.
